A tradition in our home at Sunday meal, is to go around the table and tell what you learned at church today. This was started when our children were small, (as we lived in the mission field)we heard some interesting stories!
We were able to add gospel doctrine and correct any misunderstandings....since then it has been a great time to be inspired and hear what other family members got out of the same meetings...we are often different. Some of the kids share a spiritual experience that happened that week, or in Matt's case a dream!
Since we are all so far apart now...I would like to start sharing on our blog on Sunday's what spiritual insight we gained this week. You can share something from Sunday meetings, or how you saw the 'The Hand of God In My Life' this week....A story, thought, something in nature, etc. Just like we do at the dinner table....this way I (MOM)can't go to long!

Saw this sign at a memorial for fishermen who had died at sea...
"I am a follower of the sea-It is not something I do-It is who I am." He said he hoped when he died...his kids, grandkids would remember this one thing about him....
" I am a follower of Christ-It is not something I do- It is who I am."
I made a re-commitment to live my life better, that the same can be said of me.
